A 13F is the quarterly filing every US institutional manager with over $100 million must make, listing its stock holdings, due 45 days after the quarter ends. It shows [what the funds with a view are holding](https://mochatrade.com/learn/us-market-structure/who-moves-us-stocks), but weeks late, so it tells you a position, never a trade. [EDGAR has all of them](https://mochatrade.com/learn/start-here/how-to-read-us-market-news).
