Order book
An order book is the list of every resting buy and sell order, bids on one side and asks on the other, sorted by price. A trade prints the moment a buyer meets the ask or a seller meets the bid, and that print is what your chart shows. Read the size at each level before you size, and read the gap between the two best prices as fear.
