SEC filings

SEC filings are the documents US listed companies must submit: 10-K annual, 10-Q quarterly, 8-K within four business days of a material event, Form 4 within two business days of an insider trade, S-1 before an IPO. Read the filing, not the post about the filing; the disclosure rule is what makes earnings a calendar.
