NASDAQ
Nasdaq is the American exchange that began in 1971 as one screen showing every dealer quote side by side, the first market with no floor. Most technology companies list here, and its hundred largest non-financial names make up the Nasdaq 100. When a contract on Nvidia trades at 3 AM IST, the official close it remembers printed here, and the dealers on that screen are still the other side of most trades.
