Common Failures & Troubleshooting

  • I can't find a symbol I want to trade: Only selected symbols are listed in each market, and the list changes over time. Use search or check again later.

  • I didn't receive a dividend: Global Futures contracts track price only, so dividends are never paid.

  • I can't transfer crypto to my wallet: Crypto contracts track price only. There are no coins to send or receive.

  • Trading is unavailable for a symbol: It may be outside that market's trading hours: [confirm hours per market].
