What to Do If You Notice Suspicious Activity on Your Account

Sign out all other devices, change your PIN, and contact support right away with the details. Mochatrade will never ask for your PIN or a sign-in code by call, SMS or email.

  • Never share your PIN or a sign-in code with anyone, including someone claiming to be from Mochatrade support.

Step-by-Step Navigation

  1. Sign in at mochatrade.com and open Settings → Security.

  2. Check Recent sign-ins and Devices for anything you don't recognise.

  3. Click Sign out all other devices, then Change PIN.

  4. Contact support with the date, time and amount of the suspicious activity.

  • Someone asked me for my code or PIN: It's a scam. Don't share it, and report it to support.
