Money Debited but Deposit Not Credited?

If money left your bank but didn't reach your Mocha trade wallet, [refund or credit timeline, confirm]. Contact support with your UPI transaction ID or UTR number if it isn't resolved by then.

  1. Sign in at mochatrade.com and open Funds.

  2. Find the deposit under Transfers and check its status.

  3. If it hasn't landed after [timeline, confirm], contact support with the UTR or UPI reference.

Common Failures & Troubleshooting

  • Status shows Pending: Your bank may still be processing. Refresh after a few minutes.

  • Bank transfer not credited: You may not have submitted the UTR. Add it from the Bank Transfer screen.
