If you're unable to withdraw, it's usually for one of the reasons below. Most of them resolve on their own or take just a minute to fix.
You recently changed your email, phone number or PIN
For your safety, you cannot place a withdrawal for 24 hours after changing your registered email, phone number or 6-digit PIN. This security hold protects your money if someone else gets access to your account.
Any withdrawal you request during this time shows as Scheduled and is sent automatically when the hold ends.
You can cancel a scheduled withdrawal before it's sent under Funds → Transfers.

Your funds are being used as margin
Part of your balance may be in use as margin for your open positions or orders, so it isn't available to withdraw. When those close, your available balance updates to reflect the released margin, profit or loss, and fees. Check "Available to withdraw" in Funds for what you can withdraw right now.
Your verification isn't complete
To withdraw, your KYC and bank account verification must be complete. Finish both in the app under Settings → Verification, then try again.
It's your first withdrawal to a new bank account
The first withdrawal to a newly added bank account asks for an SMS code and may be placed on a short security hold. It's sent automatically once the hold ends — you can track it under Funds → Transfers.
You've reached your withdrawal limit
You can withdraw up to ₹10,00,000 per day and ₹1,00,00,000 per month. Check your limits anytime under Funds → Limits and fees. There's no withdrawal fee.
Withdrawals are restricted on your account
In some cases, withdrawals may be temporarily restricted while your account is under review. If you see this, please contact our support team and we'll look into it for you.
Still can't withdraw?
Update the app, close and reopen it, and try again.
Make sure the amount is within your "Available to withdraw" balance and your daily limit.
If you still see an error, contact support with a screenshot and we'll help.
