PAN, Phone or Email Already Linked to Another Account

Prerequisites & Limits

One account per person: Each person may hold a single Mochatrade account, opened with their own mobile, email, PAN and bank account.
One account per PAN: A PAN that is already verified on one account cannot be used for another.
Phone and email: A mobile number or email registered on one account cannot be used to sign up again.
Bank account: A bank account already linked to another Mochatrade account is rejected during verification.
Privacy: For your protection, support never shares any detail of the other account — not even which detail matched.

On the sign-in page, tap Trouble signing in? then I forgot my email to locate your existing account.
Sign in the way you originally signed up — Google, Apple, or your email code. There is no need to create another account.
If the PAN, number or email is yours but you do not recognise the account, contact support right away so our team can investigate ownership.
To move a number or email between two accounts that are both yours, contact support — after identity verification our team can review a swap.

'PAN already used' during KYC: You probably created an account before. Click on I forgot my email to locate it and sign in there — each PAN works on only one account.
'Mobile number or email already registered' at sign-up: Same cause — sign in to the existing account instead.
You suspect identity misuse: Tell support immediately. We treat it as a security case and investigate — we will guide you from there.
Swap denied: Contact details are never moved between accounts that belong to different people. Use another mobile or email that is not registered with Mochatrade.
